If your insurance provider is not on the list, or if your insurance provider does not cover you for services received at GHW, you will be charged out-of-network fees, OR be required to pay cash for services.

INITIAL 60-MINUTE COMPREHENSIVE PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION: $300
20-MINUTE MEDICATION FOLLOW UP AND REFILLS SESSION: $150
45- MINUTE MEDICAL MARIJUANA CONSULTS: $200
YOU MUST PROVIDE 48 HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS, OR IT IS CONSIDERED A NO SHOW.
ALL NO SHOWS OR LATE CANCELLATIONS ARE CHARGED AT A $50 NO SHOW RATE.
