INSURANCE AND FEES

See below for a list of insurance carriers with whom we are in network. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to make sure they cover you for services you receive with us. 

If your insurance provider is not on the list, or if your insurance provider does not cover you for services received at GHW, you will be charged out-of-network fees, OR be required to pay cash for services.

YOU CAN MAKE CO- PAYMENT USING  CASH, CREDIT, HSA OR DEBIT CARD.  

ALL CO-PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE. 

CASH PAY RATES 

INITIAL 60-MINUTE COMPREHENSIVE PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION:  $300

20-MINUTE MEDICATION FOLLOW UP AND REFILLS SESSION: $150

45- MINUTE MEDICAL MARIJUANA CONSULTS: $200

YOU MUST PROVIDE 48 HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS, OR IT IS CONSIDERED A NO SHOW.

 ALL NO SHOWS OR LATE CANCELLATIONS ARE CHARGED AT A $50 NO SHOW RATE.
