Goldline Health and Wellness is a psychiatric group practice of 2 doctorally trained psychiatric nurse practitioners and a physician assistant providing medication management and supportive therapy to patients of all ages from ages 5 years and above, virtually. We are licensed in RI, MA, and CT.
We have many years of experience in the evaluation and management of psychiatric conditions including ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, personality disorders, OCD, schizophrenia and many more. Services are provided virtually through a video platform at your convenience during the week, or on weekends, anywhere in the states of Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
We know that seeking psychiatric help can be an internal battle, so when you feel ready to take this step towards progress we want you to feel safe, heard and understood. We typically meet you where you are presently, review your unique psychiatric history, and tailor treatment to your psychiatric needs. We are highly trained but also compassionate and nurturing.

Clients who are prescribed controlled substance may be required to come in person to our RI office
We do not provide emergency/ acute services or crisis intervention (e.g., detoxification from substance) where patients require a higher level of care and are best served at inpatient psychiatric units.
